KMA to Present at the National Community Development Association's Annual Meeting

The 49th Annual Meeting of the National Community Development Association (NCDA) is being held June 13-16th in Long Beach, CA.  KMA's Julie Romey will moderate a session called "HOME Underwriting and Subsidy Layering"; particpants will learn the subsidy layering requirements of the federally-supported HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) which provides formula grants to cities and states in support of affordable housing.

NCDA is a national non profit association comprised of over 400 local governments that administer community and economic development, housing and human service programs, including programs of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), and the HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) programs.
