Successor Agency to the Alameda Community Improvement Commission
KMA has been an integral member of the Successor Agency’s team in managing the dissolution process. KMA has worked closely with staff to assist the Successor Agency to effectively navigate the dissolution process. This work has included:
Preparation of ROPS schedules and presentation to the Oversight Board;
Presentations to DOF as part of the Meet and Confer process;
Cash flow analyses;
Calculation of amounts due under specific contractual obligations;
Preparation of a fiscal consultant report in relation to the issuance of refunding bonds.
