Jessica Franklin

Administrative Staff

Jessica Franklin is the Office/ Production Manager for Keyser Marston Associates’ Berkeley office. She manages the digital and physical production of work product, including client reports, presentations, and proposals.

Key Role

In her seventeen years at KMA, Jessica has overseen deliverables for nearly every major municipality in northern California, as well as cities, ports and military bases throughout the west, counties and special districts, and public and private colleges and universities.

Jessica assembles responses to RFP/Qs, ensuring that deadlines and contract compliance requirements are met; creates firm wide marketing materials; and prepares client reports for delivery and distribution. She manages all administrative functions for the Berkeley office.

Jessica enjoys taking advantage of the nearly limitless opportunities for natural and cultural adventures in the beautiful Bay Area, hiking, biking, reading, and exploring new places with her family.
