The Registry recently featured an article describing BART's successful endeavors in the creation of Transit Oriented Development around its stations, with current interest from private developers and local jurisdictions at an all-time high. The article highlights impressive statistics from past developments, while outlining anticipated future developments. KMA is proud to provide real estate advisory services to BART, helping the Agency assess development viability, the potential need for assistance, and the negotiation of business terms in establishing successful P3s which foster TOD development.  KMA is currently working on TOD projects at the BART stations in Millbrae and Pleasant Hill.
