KMA is pleased to share the announcement that Max Riordan has been promoted to Senior Analyst in the San Diego office.

Max joined us in early 2024 as an Intern. He is a recent graduate from UCSD, with a major in Real Estate Development and a minor in Finance, and he is currently pursuing his MBA at SDSU. Max conducts market research and financial analysis for the full range of our assignments. Much of his energy has been focused on affordable housing solicitations, transactions, policy initiatives, and feasibility analyses. He is a member of San Diego Housing Federation, Urban Land Institute, American Planning Association, and Circulate San Diego.
