Max joined KMA’s San Diego office in April 2024 as a Real Estate Intern and was promoted to full-time Analyst in April 2025. Max’s primary role is to provide analytical support to the San Diego office, which includes conducting market research and creating and analyzing pro forma financial statements.

Affordable Housing
Analyzes developer proposals submitted to public agency’s notices of funding availability (NOFA) including modeling financial pro forma assumptions and identifying issues for agency consideration. Supports technical studies to analyze the impacts and feasibility of affordable housing developments. Relevant projects include:

- City of Coronado – Affordable Housing In-Lieu Fee Study
Land Use Economics
Feasibility and Market Analyses for Specific Plans
Conducts market and demographic assessments pertaining to a variety of land-uses including multi-family and single-family residential, retail/restaurant, and industrial/office development. Assessments inform public agency decisions regarding viable land uses and long-term planning. Relevant projects include:
- City of San Diego – University City Community Plan Update
- City of Temecula – Land Use and Economic Opportunity Study
- County of San Diego – Development Feasibility Analysis (DFA)
Hobbies and Interests
Outside of work, Max can often be found watching sports or spending time outdoors with friends. He is an avid supporter of the LA Angels, LA Chargers, and Arsenal F.C.
