Keyser Marston Associates, Inc. (KMA) is pleased to share the announcement that Reena Arvizu has been promoted to Manager in the San Diego office.

Since joining KMA in 1999, Reena has played an integral part in the successes of the San Diego office. Over the years, she has specialized in market assessment and project feasibility studies for various land uses in support of agency planning, as well as preparing technical studies in support of affordable housing development. She has also been involved in KMA’s Enhanced Infrastructure Financing District (EIFD) work, assisting public agencies assessing the feasibility of infrastructure financing mechanisms.
