On September 12th, 2025, KMA employees from multiple offices converged at the Waterbar, an upscale restaurant on San Francisco’s Embarcadero.   The KMA luncheon provided an excellent opportunity for colleagues to mingle and socialize against a scenic backdrop, all while celebrating our highly esteemed retirees.

Jerry, Tim, Kate and Diane are original KMA employees dating back to the firm’s founding in 1973.   Greg joined KMA in 1991, Jim in 1997.  Their early and groundbreaking real estate advisory services, followed by decades of integrated expertise and dedication, are a fundamental underpinning to KMA’s ongoing success.
