Courtney Holt is a Manager in the Los Angeles office where her work includes affordable housing analyses, market and demographic studies, and financial analyses for public sector clients. She joined KMA in 2017 with a background in asset management, public policy and land use planning.

Affordable Housing

Analyzes affordable housing projects for public sector clients.  Provides project management services for construction and permanent loan closings, including financial underwriting and loan documentation. Conducts compliance monitoring for local, state and federal housing programs. Recent relevant projects include:
