KMA’s Kevin Engstrom will be joining Meghan Huber from the City of Citrus Heights in a panel at CALED’s upcoming Finance & Real Estate Summit, where the topic is Measuring the Impact of Project.  Kevin and Meghan will discuss how to measure the impact of a real estate development project, both quantitatively and qualitatively.  The conference is being held January 24th, 2024 at the Holiday Inn in Downtown Sacramento.
